Pueden abrir reclamación a AURORA ENERGIA Por lo que necesiten a través de nuestra oficina virtual.

Es necesario que se identifiquen mediante el CUPS (Código Universal de Punto de Suministra) de su punto de suministro, lo encontrarán en cualquier factura o número de solicitud que estén tramitando, si todavía no disponen del CUPS.

Para abrir reclamación será necesario:

  • Entrar en el enlace de acceso a nuestra oficina virtual:Acceso a la oficina virtual
  • Registrarse clicando “Activación de usuario”
  • Acceder a la oficina virtual con las credenciales que recibirán por correo electrónico.
  • Entrar en el apartado RECLAMACIONES, crear y escoger el desplegable de la sección que necesitan realizar:
    • Daños producidos por ausencia o fallo del suministro eléctrico
    • Daños producidos por instalaciones de la distribuidora
    • Disconformidad y/o retraso en los trámites
    • Error en las facturas emitidas
    • Incidencias en la página web
    • Medida de consumo
    • Cortes inadecuados
    • Atención personal
    • Otros
  • Descargar el formulario de solicitud, cumplimentar, firmar y adjuntar de nuevo informando del CUPS o número de solicitud.
  • Adjuntar documentos adicionales si lo creen necesario.
  • Clicar enviar.

PROCEDIMENTO RECLAMACIÓN

1. SOLICITUD. El solicitante o representante autorizado registra la reclamación en la oficina virtual de AURORA ENERGIA aportando la documentación que crea necesaria.

2. RESPUESTA. AURORA ENERGIA una vez analizada o comprobada la reclamación, presenta su respuesta.

POTENCIA <=15 kW SUELO URBANIZADO O SIN EXCEDENTES

De acuerdo con lo que establece la disposición adicional segunda del RD ley 15/2018, de 5 de octubre, estarán EXENTAS de obtener permisos de acceso y conexión:

  • a) Las instalaciones de generación de los consumidores acogidos a la modalidad de autoconsumo sin excedentes.
  • b) En las modalidades de autoconsumo con excedentes, las instalaciones de producción de potencia igual o inferior a 15 kW, que se ubiquen en suelo urbanizado que disponga de las dotaciones y servicios requeridos por la legislación urbanística.

Las instalaciones de generación que estén incluidas en estos párrafos anteriores, tendrán que solicitar el código CAU a través de nuestra oficina virtual.

Para solicitar el trámite para la obtención del código CAU de un autoconsumo será necesario:

  1. Entrar en el enlace de acceso a nuestra oficina virtual: https://ov.distri.aurora.gisce.cloud/acceso.
  2. >Registrarse clicando “Activación de usuario”.
  3. Acceder a la oficina virtual con las credenciales que recibirán por correo electrónico.
  4. Entrar en el apartado AUTOCONSUM, crear y elegir en el desplegable la sección Solicitud código CAU.
  5. Descargar el formulario de solicitud y, si es necesario, el modelo de autorización en caso de ser el representante del solicitante. Cumplimentar, firmar y adjuntar de nuevo los documentos.
  6. Adjuntar los documentos necesarios informados en el formulario.
  7. Clicar enviar.

PROCEDIMIENTO CÓDIGO CAE

  1. SOLICITUD: El solicitante o representante autorizado registra la solicitud en el portal de Aurora Energía, aportando la documentación necesaria.
  2. RESPUESTA: Aurora Energia presenta respuesta informando del código CAU donde el solicitante podrá realizar la correspondiente legalización de autoconsumo ante la administración.

IMPORTANTE: No puede legalizarse el autoconsumo ante la administración si previamente no se ha solicitado el código CAU a Aurora Energía.

POTENCIA <= 15 kW SUELO NO URBANIZADO O POTENCIA >15 kW

De acuerdo con lo que establece la disposición adicional segunda del RD ley 15/2018, de 5 de octubre, estarán EXENTAS de obtener permisos de acceso y conexión:

  • a) Las instalaciones de generación de los consumidores acogidos a la modalidad de autoconsumo sin excedentes.

  4. Entrar en el apartado AUTOCONSUM, crear y escoger en el desplegable la sección Solicitud permiso de acceso y conexión autoconsumo-generador.
  5. Descargar el formulario de solicitud y, si es necesario, el modelo de autorización en caso de ser el representante del solicitante. Cumplimentar, firmar y adjuntar de nuevo los documentos.
  6. Adjuntar los documentos necesarios informados en el formulario.
  7. Clicar enviar.

PROCEDIMIENTO GENERAL DEL PERMISO DE ACCESO Y CONEXIÓN

  1. SOLICITUD: El solicitante o representante autorizado registra la solicitud en el portal de Aurora Energía aportando la documentación necesaria.
  2. ANÁLISIS:
  3. ADMITIDA A TRÁMITE: Para evaluación.
  4. AAMPLIACIÓN DE INFORMACIÓN: Por deficiencia de información/documentación (máximo 2 enmiendas).
  5. EVALUACIÓN: Se valorará la existencia de capacidad de acceso y viabilidad de la conexión al punto solicitado. Aurora Energía comunicará:
    • Aceptación: Cuando exista capacidad y viabilidad.
    • Aceptación parcial: Cuando exista capacidad inferior a la esperada.
    • Denegación: Cuando no sea viable según artículo 9 del RD 1183/2020.
  6. PRESENTACIÓN PROPUESTA PREVIA: Se presentará al solicitante una propuesta previa con condiciones técnicas y económicas. El solicitante tendrá un plazo máximo para aceptar o rechazarla.
  7. PRESENTACIÓN PERMISO DE ACCESO Y CONEXIÓN:Una vez aceptada la propuesta previa, Aurora Energia emitirá el correspondiente permiso dentro del plazo establecido.
  8. CONTRATO TÉCNICO DE ACCESO A LA RED: Los productores tendrán que suscribir este contrato en un plazo máximo después de obtener el permiso.
  9. TRABAJOS DE EJECUCIÓN DE INSTALACIONES PRESUPUESTAS: En caso necesario, se realizarán los trabajos correspondientes según las condiciones acordadas.

PROCEDIMIENTO ABREVIADO DEL PERMISO DE ACCESO Y CONEXIÓN

  • Este procedimiento aplica a productores con potencia instalada ≤15 kW no exentos de este permiso.
  • Se aplica los mismos principios del procedimiento general pero con plazos reducidos a la mitad.

    Once the application has been analysed, Aurora Energia will submit the technical-economic study with the technical specifications, which will provide information on the necessary work and the budget for the modifications to the existing network.
  3. ACCEPTANCE OF TECHNICAL-ECONOMIC STUDY
    The applicant will be informed in the technical-economic study of the deadline for notifying Aurora Energía of its acceptance. Upon expiration of this deadline without a response from the applicant, this application will be considered rejected.
  4. TBUDGETED INSTALLATION EXECUTION WORKS
    Once the application has been accepted, if there are works to be carried out on the budgeted installations, it is necessary to make the payment and send the corresponding receipt to Aurora Energía, which will carry out the necessary modifications to the distribution network.

  1. REQUEST

    Aurora Energía, once the request has been analysed, will respond to inform whether or not it affects the existing distribution network.

UNDEVELOPED LAND OR POWER GREATER THAN 100 kW IN LV AND UP TO 250 kW WITH AT

In accordance with the provisions of the second additional provision of Royal Decree Law 15/2018, of October 5, the following will be EXEMPT from obtaining access and connection permits:

Consumers of new supplies or expansion of existing ones up to 100 kW in BT or up to 250 kW with AT, who meet the requirements established in article 25.1 of RD 1048/2013, who are located on urbanized land that has the facilities and services required by urban planning legislation.

The rest of low voltage consumer installations that are NOT included in this previous paragraph will have to request the ACCESS AND CONNECTION PERMIT through our virtual office. Installations with power equal to or less than 15 kW will be governed by the ABBREVIATED PROCEDURE, and the rest by the GENERAL PROCEDURE.

To request the procedure for a new supply or power increase, it will be necessary:

GENERAL PROCEDURE FOR ACCESS AND CONNECTION PERMISSION

  1. REQUEST
    The applicant or authorized representative registers the application on the AURORA ENERGÍA, SLU portal, providing the necessary documentation.
  2. ANALYSIS
    AURORA ENERGÍA, SLU analyses the application, supervising the documentation provided according to the characteristics of the application, communicating one of the two options within a maximum period of 20 days:
    • ADMITTED FOR PROCESSING, due to evaluation.
    • EXTENSION OF INFORMATION, due to lack of information and/or documentation, maximum 2 amendments: The applicant will have a maximum period of 20 days to provide the requested data, otherwise the application will be considered inadmissible.
    If AURORA ENERGÍA, SLU does not respond within the maximum period of 20 days, the request will be automatically processed.
  3. ASSESSMENT
    The existence of access capacity and the viability of the connection at the requested point will be assessed, in accordance with the criteria established in Annex I of CNMC Circular 1/2021.
  4. PREVIOUS PROPOSAL PRESENTATION
    The applicant will be presented with the preliminary proposal accompanied by its technical and economic conditions.
  5. PRESENTATION OF ACCESS AND CONNECTION PERMIT
    Once the prior proposal has been accepted by the applicant, AURORA ENERGÍA, SLU will issue the corresponding access and connection permit within a maximum period of 20 days from its notification of acceptance.
  6. TECHNICAL CONTRACT FOR NETWORK ACCESS
    After obtaining the access and connection permit, consumers will have to sign a technical access contract with AURORA ENERGÍA, SLU, within a maximum period of 5 months.
  7. BUDGET INSTALLATION EXECUTION WORKS
    In the event of works to execute budgeted installations, it is necessary to make the payment and send the corresponding receipt to AURORA ENERGÍA, SLU, which will execute the necessary installations for new supplies or extensions of existing ones.

SHORT PROCEDURE FOR ACCESS AND CONNECTION PERMISSION

Consumers with any of the following circumstances may benefit from the abbreviated procedure:

  • Low voltage consumers who request a new connection point or power extension on an existing supply with a power not exceeding 15 kW and are not exempt from obtaining this permit.

The abbreviated procedure is governed by the same principles as the general procedure, although the time limits will be halved.

TECHNICAL-ECONOMIC STUDY PROCEDURE

  1. REQUEST
    The applicant or authorized representative registers the application on the AURORA ENERGÍA portal, providing the necessary documentation.
  2. PRESENTATION OF TECHNICAL-ECONOMIC STUDY
    Once AURORA ENERGÍA has analysed the application, it will submit the technical-economic study, with the technical specifications document in which the work required to meet the supply and the budget for the reinforcement or adaptation facilities will be reported, where the execution is reserved for the distributor in accordance with current regulations.
  3. Maximum deadlines for submission of the TECHNICAL-ECONOMIC STUDY:
    • Low voltage supplies:
      • a) When a supply of up to 15 kW is requested in which extension installations are not necessary, the company AURORA ENERGIA will present the technical-economic conditions within a period of: 5 days.
      • b) For any service when the installation of a transformation centre is not necessary: ​​10 days.
      • c) When the installation of a transformation centre is necessary:
        • Auxiliary works service: 10 days.
        • Definitive service with medium to low voltage transformation center: 20 days.
        • Definitive service with high to medium voltage transformer substation: 30 days.
    • High voltage supplies:
      • a) For a consumer with a nominal supply voltage equal to or less than 66kV: 40 days
      • b) Other high voltage supplies: 60 days
    The above deadlines will be computed from the date on which the application is registered with AURORA ENERGÍA.
  4. ACCEPTANCE OF TECHNICAL-ECONOMIC STUDY
    The applicant has a maximum period of 3 months to notify AURORA ENERGÍA of the acceptance of the technical-economic study. After the 3-month period expires without a response from the applicant, this application is considered rejected.
  5. BUDGETED INSTALLATION EXECUTION WORKS
    Once the technical-economic study has been accepted, if there are works to execute budgeted installations, it is necessary to make the payment and send the corresponding receipt to AURORA ENERGÍA, which will execute the installations required for the new supplies or extensions of existing ones.

SUELO NO URBANIZADO O POTENCIA SUPERIOR A 100 kW EN BT O HASTA 250 kW CON AT

De acuerdo con lo que establece la disposición adicional segunda del RD ley 15/2018, de 5 de octubre, estarán EXENTAS de obtener permisos de acceso y conexión:

Los consumidores de nuevos suministros o ampliación de los existentes hasta 100 kW en BT o hasta 250 kW con AT, que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 25.1 del RD 1048/2013.

El resto de instalaciones de consumidores de baja tensión que NO estén incluidos en este párrafo anterior, tendrán que solicitar el PERMISO DE ACCESO Y CONEXIÓN a través de la nuestra oficina virtual.

PROCEDIMIENTO GENERAL DEL PERMISO DE ACCESO Y CONEXIÓN

  1. SOLICITUD: El solicitante o representante autorizado registra la solicitud en el portal.
  2. ANÁLISIS: AURORA ENERGÍA revisa la documentación aportada y comunica si la solicitud es admitida o si es necesario ampliar información.
  3. EVALUACIÓN: Se verifica la capacidad de acceso y la viabilidad de la conexión.
  4. PRESENTACIÓN PROPUESTA PREVIA: Se presenta al solicitante una propuesta con condiciones técnicas y económicas.
  5. PRESENTACIÓN PERMISO DE ACCESO Y CONEXIÓN: Si el solicitante acepta la propuesta, se concede el permiso en 20 días.
  6. CONTRATO TÉCNICO DE ACCESO A LA RED: Los consumidores deben suscribir un contrato técnico de acceso.
  7. TRABAJOS DE EJECUCIÓN: Si es necesaria ejecución de instalaciones presupuestadas, se debe realizar el pago.

PROCEDIMIENTO ABREVIADO DEL PERMISO DE ACCESO Y CONEXIÓN

Pueden acogerse al procedimiento abreviado los consumidores con potencia no superior a 15 kW y que no estén exentos de este permiso. Los plazos se reducirán a la mitad.

SUELO URBANIZADO HASTA 100 kW EN BT O HASTA 250 kW CON AT

Todas las solicitudes de consumidores de nuevos suministros o ampliación de los existentes hasta 100kW en BT o hasta 250kW con AT, que se ubiquen en suelo urbanizado que disponga de las dotaciones y servicios requeridos por la legislación urbanística, deben solicitar ESTUDIO TÉCNICO-ECONÓ href="https://ov.distri.aurora.gisce.cloud/acceso" target="_blank">oficina virtual.

PROCEDIMIENTO DEL ESTUDIO TÉCNICO-ECONÓMICO

  1. SOLICITUD: El solicitante o representante autorizado registra la solicitud en el portal.
